The PRAWC is a regional state created agency whose Board is comprised of three appointed 
representatives from each of the following communities through which the Pawtuxet River and 
its two main branches pass; Coventry, Cranston, Scituate, Warwick and West Warwick. We 
also maintain one Associate Board member representing each of the remaining cities and 
towns in which the Pawtuxet River System Watershed resides: Johnston, Providence, West 
Greenwich, Glocester, and Foster and Exeter.
